I qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000 completing my articles at KPMG in Durban. During my articles I completed my Masters in Taxation with my thesis being on the topic of Transfer Pricing. I joined the tax team at KPMG in 1999 and remained for six years, being responsible for running the tax department for the last two years of my employment there.

Corporate Tax Solutions was formed in 2005 by Jacqueline Sutherland and myself. Whilst our client base is across a variety of industries our focus is on corporate and international tax.

Our experience includes corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax incentives, large business corporate tax compliance including review of income tax and deferred tax computations and tax returns, international structuring, advice on the use of the double tax treaty network and transfer pricing.
